Mana has utilized EMI's services for over a year. Supervising juveniles in custody is a difficult and unpredictable task but the monitor's EMI provides peace of mind to us and even an extra incentive to our youth to make better, less impulsive decisions. The monitors have been indestructible and instrumental in helping us track and recover a youth who attempted escape, and talked a couple out of making that choice through the two-way communication feature. The customer service we receive is top notch and the features and durability of the monitors have been unmatched by previous products. The Juvenile Probation Department has been utilizing EMI Electronic Monitoring services for nearly eight (8) years. They have provided timely, accurate and quality services. They quickly alert officers of violations and have worked with officers in the evenings and on the weekends to resolve issues.
